Automated tower parking for malls, metro plots and large projects

Tower parking is a fully automatic, multi-storey system. The driver parks in an entry cabin and steps out. A lift and shuttle carry the car to a free slot, with no ramps and no one driving inside. It parks 20 to 200+ cars on land of about three car bays.

When to choose tower parking, and when not to

Choose it when…

  • Land is very costly and you need 20–200+ cars
  • You want zero ramps, zero driver movement inside
  • Budget allows full automation with power backup

Think twice when…

  • Budget is the main constraint (consider stack or puzzle)
  • Only a few cars are needed
  • Reliable power and service access are uncertain
Pros and limits

An honest look at tower parking

Strengths

  • Highest cars per square metre
  • No ramps, aisles or driver circulation
  • Safe and secure: nobody inside while moving
  • Premium, modern building feature

Limitations

  • Highest investment
  • Needs power backup and regular AMC
  • Longer design and installation time

Where it is used

Typical tower parking projects in India

Malls & retail

High footfall parking on a compact plot.

Metro commercial plots

Where land cost makes ramps unaffordable.

Large developers

Raise parking ratio and unit count on the same land.

Hospitals & airports

Dense, organised parking at scale.

What we check before we recommend tower parking

We would rather tell you it will not fit than sell you the wrong system. Every recommendation starts with these checks.

  • 02Foundation, soil and structure
  • 03Power backup and control room
  • 04Peak-hour throughput and entry cabins
  • 05AMC and spare-parts planning
FAQ

Tower parking: common questions

How many cars can a tower parking system hold?

From about 20 to over 200 cars depending on height, footprint and layout. We design to your peak-hour demand, not just total capacity.

Is automated tower parking worth the cost?

It makes sense when land is very costly or ramps are not possible. When land is cheaper or space is wide, puzzle or stack parking is often better value. We recommend honestly after a study.

What maintenance does a tower parking system need?

Scheduled preventive maintenance, software and sensor checks, and fast breakdown support. We offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC) with scheduled visits.
